Q: What kinds of memberships do you offer?
A: There are a range of membership options at Clitheroe Leisure for both the gym and classes or even both! We guarantee one will fit perfectly for you, if not simply ask.
Q: Not sure if you want to join up yet?
A: Just come for a day visit for £6 (or £5 for students) to give us a go, we’re certain you’ll be back for more!

Q: Do you need to be a member to use the gym?
A: No you don’t, day visit passes mean that you can just pay for a one-off session, perfect if you want a trial visit to see how you get on or if you’re just passing through the area.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes! Our only condition is we require at least 3 months’ notice.
Q: Can I change my membership?
A: Yes! Just contact reception to arrange a swap.

Q: Can someone else cancel my membership?
A: No, only you can cancel your membership

Q: What is classified as an NHS/Corporate membership?
A: Any blue light or NHS card can be presented for a discounted membership.

Q: When does the first payment go out if I’ve set up a direct debit?
A: You can select a day to have your first payment.
Q: What are the gym rules?
A: We ask that everyone treats our facilities, staff & members with respect. Our Gym rules can be found here...

Q: Is there CCTV at the gym?
A: Yes, we operate CCTV 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I get a membership card when I join?
A: No, we operate a login system at the reception desk, using your 6-digit date of birth, e.g. 120204.
